CK Solution announced on the 9th that it has successfully developed "Dry Monster" (Model: CDHL-4500), a revolutionary, ultra-large-scale dehumidifier specifically engineered for next-generation solid-state battery manufacturing processes that demand extreme moisture control.

Boasting massive dimensions—17.7 meters in length, 6.6 meters in height, 5.7 meters in width, and a total weight of 55 tons—the system is uniquely equipped with two of the world's largest dehumidifying rotors (air-moisture extraction wheels).

While the baseline dehumidification standard for conventional lithium-ion battery manufacturing requires a Dew Point (DP) of -32°C, solid-state battery production demands an extreme environment with a DP of -40°C or below. Driven by its powerful airflow capacity, just four units of the Dry Monster can manage the same dehumidification workload that previously required ten conventional units. This consolidation significantly shrinks the required mechanical room footprint by up to 30% and reduces auxiliary facility infrastructure, translating into massive capital and operational cost savings for manufacturers.

CK Solution is reportedly in advanced discussions with leading domestic and international battery corporations to supply the Dry Monster system.
