CK Solution establishes its Social & Ethical Management strategy in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including the Labor Standards Act, the Fair Transactions in Subcontracting Act, the Act on Equal Employment Opportunity and Work–Family Balance Assistance, and the Act on Employment Promotion and Vocational Rehabilitation for Persons with Disabilities. We build an organizational culture and ethical standards, as well as training systems and infrastructure for sustainable growth, and we strive to foster talent. It is a system designed to pursue long-term corporate growth and development by securing a competitive advantage through overall quality improvement, enhancing customer satisfaction, and strengthening a company’s competitiveness.
