Demand for variety of freezing items such as seafood, meat, agricultural products, low-temperature processed foods, and pharmaceuticals that requires freezing and refrigeration is rapidly increasing. Accordingly, we are designing and constructing refrigeration warehouses and facilities to maintain the appropriate storage temperature for each item.

In order to increase the storage effect of food, it can be divided into two storage warehouses which is for a raw agricultural products for processing and for a processed products.

Appropriate storing temperature of most vegetable is around 0℃, so the storage facility is kept at around 0℃. In the case of fruit, the storage temperature is around 7~15 ℃, but the proper temperature depends on as it is processed. And it is recommended that the storage temperature of the processed product is basically 2℃ or less and to be maintained during the delivery and sales process until it reaches to the customer.

Meat processing warehouse is required to be designed, constructed, and performed until A/S in the future as well in order to manage the products systematically and efficiently by establishing a system suitable for the HACCP (Food Safety Management Certification Standard).Frozen foods are basically preprocessing hygienically to give a high-quality, convenience and variety.

In order to prevent the damage of the food, the product is sealed and packed to maintain its original value for the necessary period through quick freezing rather than gentle freezing, and the product is kept and distributed below -18°C to maintain the highest quality until it arrives to the consumer.

In addition, we provide an optimal equipment technology as the number of people who seeking high-quality foods and ingredients increases due to the changes in consumption patterns, and demand for the products that requires high freshness is steadily increasing, and even the cold chain market grows as well due to the increase of fresh food demand such as frigerated/frozen products and dairy products.
